To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Perishable Items Policy
For perishable goods such as fresh produce, dairy, or other farm products:

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

What if I haven't received my refund?
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Contact your credit card company as it may take time before your refund is posted. If you still haven't received it, contact us at fftyp@gmail.com.
Do you offer exchanges?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, email us and we'll guide you through the process.
How long does processing take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you about the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Can I return opened perishables?
Perishable items can only be returned if damaged or spoiled upon arrival. Reports must be made within 24 hours with photographic evidence.
